Practise what you learn in the lessons. Every kind of practice uses the words and grammar of your level, so it fits the lesson you are on.

Ways to practise

• Reading — short texts written for learners from A1. Tap any word to see its meaning and keep new words for review.
• Review — spaced repetition: each word comes back just before you would forget it, so a few minutes a day are enough.
• Dictionary practice — flashcards, a quiz, listening, spelling and writing for every topic of the illustrated dictionary.
• Forms — German articles and plurals (der, die, das) until they come automatically.
• Describe a picture — write about a scene and get feedback on your sentences.
